Yep....I'm going to be moving. Again. Not just out of house, or out of city. No, I'm going out of state, out of region, into the friggin' northwestern corner of the United States. I've decided to move to Seattle, WA with my brother and his boyfriend. It's a big move, huge in fact. I never thought I'd leave my great home of Texas so suddenly.

I've already sold all my big furniture and other assorted items I've decided not to take with me, we have living arrangements to work out, I need to see about getting transfered to another Ross store up there (if I can. If not, I'll just apply online and pester them XD). The reason I'm moving is because Nathan is gonna attend an art school up there in the Redmond area. My bro won't leave his side, and I've found there isn't much for me here in San Antonio to help me grow. Whut, the most I can do is live paycheck to paycheck, complete my second associates, and then what? More school for a bachelor's while trying to keep myself fed and sheltered, and then I'd have to move out of the city anyway because we don't have the kind of industry I wanna get into. We have an art culture, sure, but it's mostly modern/contemporary. I don't like that style very much, and I don't draw/paint it.

I will miss this city and state, tho. It's my home, always will be. I love San Antonio, and I love Texas. I will be back, I just dunno when. The plan is no more than 4 years, but we'll see. So much can happen, and so much has.

My closest grandfather died 2 months and 5 days ago, the very home we all grew up in is going to be sold, my tolerance for my roommate grows thinner, my boyfriend and I are having troubles, and yet I want to go. I can't wait to get out there and see what I'm made of, and I'll have my closest family by my side. Mommy isn't going with us, she's pending approval on an apartment close to where I'm presently living. It's nice, and she's gonna rent a garage along with it. Cheaper that way than renting a storage unit somewhere.

June 20th is the date we're shooting for, so I've got a while yet before I move. I'm currently saving up as much as I can, and thus far I have over $1000 in my account. I'll have more before I gotta pay bills, so I'll still have at least $1000 saved up for the move. I plan on renting a U-Haul cuz despite me downsizing I still have a lot of crap xD; It's mainly my art supplies, games, tv, and books I kept.

I've already told all my closest friends and family, slowly telling my coworkers, and now I'm letting all you wonderful peeps know so you won't think I've suddenly died when I disappear off the 'Net for a bit.
